Welcome to 2010 NSW Deaf Football.

First up we need to get ready and prepare for the upcoming 2010 Southern Cross Shield National Deaf Football Championship to be held in Melbourne Victoria 23-26 April (Anzac Day Weekend).

Am looking to take Two Men and One Women Team to Melbourne.

Please pass on the message to any players that you know of and entice them to come along and join us to Represent NSW and our Aim to to get back the Southern Cross Shield and the Women Championship as well.

We have a Coach for NSW White and am seeking Coach for NSW Blue and Women Team.

During the Championship two Australian Deaf Football Coaches will be overlooking all players mens and womens to be selected in the sqaud for the future of Australian Deaf Football Team in preperation for future Deaf Football Championship.

For Example yet to be confirmed and to be announce at the Southern Cross.

2010   3 Training Camp/ International Deaf Invitational Games

2011   Korea Asian/Pacific Deaf Football Championship/Qaulification for 2012 World Deaf Football Championship and 2013 Deaflympic

2011   2011 World Deaf Futsal Championships  Sweden (5th-11th November 2011) 

2012  World Deaf Football Cup Ankara, Turkey (10th-21st July 2012).

2013 Deaflympic Athen Greece 31 July-13 August 2013

Now a very important information for all of you mens and womens if you wish to participate and represent Australia for all of these future games.

You must follow these what we ask and seek for;

To be a Register players of a Football Club

Play weekly competition

Be able to train more than twice aweek

Be able to Fund Raise 

Be able to attend all Training Commitment set aside by the Head Coach of Australia

Be able to respect all Code of Conduct Set by the Deaf Football Australia

if you are able to do this then we are looking for you.

Training will begin on the 1st Sunday of Febuary or earlier when notified at a venue tba.

We will no longer be able to train at Belmore Sport Ground due to Abbas Dass no longer committed to Belmore Olympic Footbal Club.

Am Hoping to have a NSW/NNSW Reunion Gala Ball sometime in March.

Hope to seek your support and seeking Volunteer to help me make this a successful function.

If you know of a venue that we shoud seek please let me know.

City Vs Country was held on Dec 09 and it was hot dry and a draw 2 all. 2nd Leg will be held around March hopefully on a sunday after our Gala Ball.

Please let me know if you wish to host for a BBQ Night as we need to raise monies to help to reduce the cost in attending Melbourne (Airfare/AccomadationTransport/Membership) and support NSW Deaf Football Club
