Training is under way at Rudd Park Belfield for NSW Deaf Football Men and Women Team 10.00am every Sunday.
So far we have 17 men and 14 Women ready to train for the 2010 Southern Cross Shield, Men team are rearing to go to win back the shield after being Runner -Up in 2009 to NNSW. The Women are up to win Back to Back without the main players who cannot atedn due to other commitment.
The Draw will be announce early march one all confirmation is received from Deaf Football Australia.
You will be notified when the draw is release.
Final Team annoncement will be out very soon and Team list wil be announce.
I am proud to say the Peter Dionsopoulos is selected as Head Coach for the Women Team and am seeking Team Manager to work with him and correspond with me.
Deaf Football Delegate is up for Nomination as I will not be standing again as I have forward my name for nomination of President for Deaf Football Australia.
There will be two Delegate up for Nomination for Men and Women.
I have ask and reply yes from Fiona Fonti to be Delegate for Women Deaf Football/NSW and am asking for a seconded motion.
March 14th Deaf Futsal Championship at Strathfield Sport Rec is looking good with so many interest inparticipating ( see Deaf Futsal above).
